Parts Manager | Steele Hyundai

You will lead a department that runs with precision, teamwork, and pride, supporting technicians, advisors, and customers alike.
This role is about more than managing inventory, it’s about building a team, fostering collaboration, and setting a standard of accountability and service excellence. Compensation:

What You Will Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Parts Department team, creating a positive and accountable culture
- Oversee daily operations of the parts department, ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency
- Build strong relationships with technicians, service advisors, and customers to ensure parts needs are met quickly and professionally
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and returns to maintain optimal stock while controlling costs
- Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery timelines
- Monitor department performance, financials, and reporting to drive profitability and continuous improvement
- Maintain organized inventory systems and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Support a customer first environment by resolving issues quickly and professionally
What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience as a Parts Manager in a dealership environment preferred
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and support a team
- Deep understanding of parts inventory management and dealership operations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
- A people first mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Experience working with dealership management systems and manufacturer parts programs
