TK Elevator Canada is searching for a Recruiter located in Toronto, Cananda.
Reporting to the Canadian Human Resources leader, the recruiter will be responsible for sourcing top talent within the Canadian Market. In this role the recruiter will provide full cycle recruitment for roles while being an exemplary TK Elevator brand ambassador.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across Canada, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, leaders, colleagues, and external recruitment firms to ensure business alignment, transparency, and effective collaboration throughout the hiring process
- Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS), maintaining accurate candidate data and generating insights to support hiring decisions
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and targeted outreach to build robust talent pipelines
- Apply inclusive and innovative sourcing practices, leveraging technology, community outreach, and professional organizations to attract diverse talent.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align on expectations, and develop tailored recruitment plans
- Manage assessments and interviews, handling scheduling, communication, and overall logistics. Guide hiring managers on assessment and interview best practices
- Coordinate offer preparation and negotiation, ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines and internal equity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation across Canada
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics and market data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and guide business decisions
- Promote TK Elevator’s employer brand through consistent messaging, social media activity, and participation in industry, community, campus & networking events
- Stay current on recruitment trends, emerging technologies, and legislation to identify opportunities for innovation
- Develop and refine recruiting strategies and processes to enhance the overall candidate and hiring-manager experience
- Partner with HR and business leaders to anticipate future workforce requirements, identify critical talent gaps, and align recruitment strategies with succession and organizational planning priorities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external recruitment partners, assessing agency performance for alignment and cost-effectiveness
- Manage key vendor relationships & contracts
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years as a recruiter with experience recruiting for role as a recruiter with demonstrated success hiring for roles across Canada
- HR designation preferred
- Bilingual (French & English) preferred
