FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Electricians with 3-5 Years of Industrial experience for a Temporary position in Wood Buffalo, AB, starting January 12, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 14-day in & 14-day out schedule, 10-hour workdays, camp accommodation, flights available from Calgary and Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as Industrial Electrician.
- Valid Journeyperson Electrician certificate/ticket.
- 3–5 years of industrial electrical experience, preferably in oil sands or heavy industry
- Skilled in EHT installation, heat trace systems, and LV cable terminations (120V–600V)
- Ability to read electrical drawings, perform QA/QC documentation, and conduct testing procedures
- Knowledge of hazardous area standards and ability to work safely in extreme conditions
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSTS-2020
- H2S Alive
- Aerial Work Platform
- Fall Protection
- Standard First Aid
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Must have own reliable transportation to site.
Additional Information
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
