We have an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Partnerships Coordinator. You will have the choice to either work remotely or choose to work in any of our offices in a hybrid work arrangement.
What will you do?
Reporting to the Manager, Partnerships & Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the partnerships team. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across departments, including the Contact Centre, affiliate account managers, and field sales, to ensure members receive the best possible experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and training on Discount Programs, answering questions from Contact Centre agents and the Partnerships team, in collaboration with or in the absence of the Manager, Partnerships & Operations.
- Act as a liaison between the Partnerships team and the Contact Centre to ensure all documents and information remain accurate, up to date, and aligned with current discount offers and programs.
- Escalate member inquiries to Traditional partners in a timely manner and follow up until resolution, ensuring members are kept informed at every stage.
- Track and report on partnership activities, including member inquiries and escalations.
- Support affiliate account managers by scheduling and preparing touchpoint meetings and reporting.
- Contribute to the implementation of new processes and procedures within CFIB’s internal teams.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to strengthen knowledge and share member feedback.
- Assist the Manager, Partnerships & Operations with tasks related to Affiliate Discount Programs and Traditional partnerships (reporting, presentations, processes, training, updates, etc.).
- Take on other duties and projects as required.
What makes a successful Bilingual Partnerships Coordinator?
- Bachelor's degree in business/business administration, or equivalent, is preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a sales or fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (French and English) with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve complex situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Proven ability to be proactive and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment across the country.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight, shifting deadlines.
