Sous la responsabilité de la vice-présidente des opérations de vente, le représentant du soutien aux ventes appuiera l'équipe de gestion des comptes de la région de l'Atlantique en coordonnant les appels d'offres des clients, y compris la création et la gestion des occasions commerciales dans notre outil SRM, en coordonnant la revue des conditions générales du client avec notre service juridique et notre assureur, afin d'aider le client à résoudre les problèmes liés à l'exécution des commandes, etc.) et en interagissant de manière soutenue avec le client et les usines concernées.
Votre impact
- Agir à titre d’interface principale entre les clients et les équipes de vente internes.
- Soutenir la promotion et la vente de produits et services afin d’atteindre les objectifs de vente régionaux.
- Coordonner les appels d’offres et les soumissions avec les secteurs d’activité pour s’assurer que les soumissions sont opportunes et exactes.
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients par téléphone et par courriel, y compris les demandes d’information, les devis et les mises à jour des commandes.
- Repérer les pistes à potentiel élevé et les transmettre aux directeurs des ventes.
- Établir et entretenir de solides relations avec les clients et les parties prenantes internes.
- Contribuer à l’élaboration d’outils et de processus qui améliorent l’efficacité opérationnelle.
- Offrir une rétroaction du marché relativement aux prix et aux activités de la concurrence.
- Gérer de façon proactive la satisfaction des clients, et résoudre les problèmes.
- Participer aux réunions et initiatives de vente industrielle.

Votre expérience
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle.
- Compétences en gestion de projet ; capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.
- Diplôme technique en génie électrique ou équivalent (souhaitable).
- Expérience en vente : un atout.
- Solides compétences en communication en anglais ; le français est un atout.
- Habiletés à travailler de manière autonome et à respecter des délais serrés.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et habiletés à mener plusieurs tâches de front.
- Orientation client et excellentes compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles.
- Expérience de Salesforce (SFDC) : un atout.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales Operations, the Sales Support Representative will support the Atlantic Region account management team by coordinating customer tenders, including the creation and management of opportunities. in our SRM tool, coordinating the review of the customer's terms & conditions with our legal department and our Insurer, to help the customer resolve order execution problems, etc.) and interacting in a sustained manner with the customer and the factories concerned
How you’ll make an impact
- Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal sales teams.
- Support the promotion and sale of products and services to meet regional sales objectives.
- Coordinate RFQs and bids with Business Lines to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, including requests for information, quotations, and order updates.
- Identify high-potential leads and escalate them to Sales Directors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of tools and processes that enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide market feedback on pricing and competitor activity.
- Proactively manage customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Participate in industrial sales meetings and initiatives.

Your background:
- 2–5 years of customer service experience.
- Project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Technical degree in electrical engineering or equivalent (preferred).
- Sales experience is an asset.
- Strong communication skills in English; French is an asset.
- Proficient in working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is an asset.
