You’ll love your position as a General Manager:
-
Lead and manage all dealership departments, including sales, service, parts, and finance.
-
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
-
Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
-
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of automotive professionals.
-
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
-
Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and vehicle merchandising.
-
Collaborate with manufacturer representatives and maintain strong relationships to optimize dealership performance.
-
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, dealership policies, and business practices.
We’d love to hear from you, if:

5+ years of proven experience as a General Manager within the automotive industry with in-depth knowledge of automotive dealership operations, including sales, service, and finance.

Strong proficiency in DMS, CRM and other automotive technology/platforms.
-
Strong organizational skills.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to analyze data on a daily basis and make informed decisions to drive business success.

High degree of emotional intelligence.
-
Commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous learning.
-
Valid G driver's license and clean abstract.
-
OMVIC certification.
