Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Senior Manager, Communications & Public Relations for a temporary full-time contract (12-month maternity-leave replacement).
Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Strategy & Communications, the candidate will lead a team of 5 people in the development and execution of the communication, influencer marketing, social media strategy & corporate communications for Groupe Marcelle’s various brands & head office: Watier, Marcelle, Annabelle, and CW Beggs and Sons, across multiple communication platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn).The candidate will also lead the relationship across 3 different agency partners

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
- Define and lead the overall Communications & Public Relations strategy across all brands
- Serve as a strategic partner to Brand Marketing teams. Act as a connector within the 360 Digital ecosystem in support to the Digital Director
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Lead PR strategy, influencer marketing, and reputation management
- Oversee social media strategy and content governance
- Own and manage the department budget.
- Optimize agency and partner performance
- Establish processes, frameworks, and KPIs
- Executive reporting & project management
WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
- A bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field
- 8 to 10 years of experience in communications or public relations
- Strong expertise in Public Relations
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Budget and agency management experience
- Experience working with executive team member
AND IF YOU ARE
- Strong communicator
- Strategic, organized, and relationship driven.
- A collaborative and inspiring leader
