Our forward thinking technology partner is looking for a hands-on Director of People & Culture to join the leadership team and own all aspects of HR. If you thrive in a small-business environment (30 team size), love building high-performing teams, and enjoy shaping a values-driven culture, this could be the perfect fit. You’ll lead the full HR function—from recruiting and onboarding to development, compliance, and culture-building. You’ll be a strategic partner, driving initiatives that keep our team engaged, aligned, and growing.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within a smaller, entrepreneurial growing organization.
- Understanding of the EOS Business Methodology an asset.
- University degree and HR designation preferred.
- Track record of building strong strategies to recruit, interview, hire and retain top talent.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a positive, high-performance culture.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with HR systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Tech-Savvy & Passion for Tech: Comfortable with digital tools, scheduling systems, and office tech.
This position is an amazing opportunity for a Senior HRBP/HR Manager looking to elevate into more a strategic HR function.
