About the role

Management Level G Notified is hiring a Web Marketing Manager in Toronto. Our expectation at this time is you will work from our office located at 155 University Avenue, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Monday & Friday. About the position Notified’s Marketing team builds the programs and digital experiences that create measurable revenue impact, and our website is at the center of it. We are looking for a Web Marketing Manager who understands that a website is not just a digital property to maintain, but a performance channel to optimize. This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who can turn traffic into engagement and pipeline. You will own one of the company’s most important revenue channels, with direct accountability for website-driven pipeline contribution. Candidates with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) knowledge will be highly considered. Responsibilities: Web Strategy, Performance & Growth Own the strategy and performance of Notified.com and GlobeNewswire.com web properties as core growth channels, focusing on brand awareness, demand generation, and lead capture Drive measurable improvements in traffic, engagement, and conversion with a focus on pipeline contribution Translate business priorities, campaigns, and GTM motions into high-performing digital experiences SEO, AEO & Organic Visibility Lead SEO strategy across properties, improving rankings and organic performance for priority pages Expand beyond traditional SEO into Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), including structured data, entity optimization, and AI crawler visibility Adapt web strategy to a zero-click search environment, ensuring brand visibility both on and off-site Website Experience & Conversion Optimization Optimize UX/UI, page structure, messaging, and user flows to improve engagement and conversion rates Partner with Content and Product Marketing to align site experience with audience needs and search intent Develop and test landing pages, templates, and conversion paths that support campaign performance Analytics, Reporting & Platform Management Own website analytics and reporting across platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Search Console) Build standardized dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks to track performance Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to inform roadmap and optimization priorities Team Leadership, Operations & Collaboration Manage internal web resources and workflows to support execution and delivery, and partner closely with external agencies for development, optimization, and scale Collaborate across Growth Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and Design teams Act as the internal expert on web performance, sharing insights and recommendations across stakeholders The starting salary for this role is expected to fall within the range of $85,000 to $95,000 CAD annually, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in communications, journalism, media, public relations, or digital marketing, or a related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements. Experience: 4 years of experience in web marketing, digital marketing, or website management, ideally in B2B SaaS or communications/technology, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth in website traffic, engagement, and conversion Strong understanding of SEO, with exposure to AEO or evolving search trends, and an understanding of AI-driven search and zero-click environments Hands-on experience with Drupal CMS, or similar enterprise CMS platforms, and proficiency in Google Analytics, Semrush, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, or similar tools Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Nice to Have Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Tableau Curiosity, experimentation, and testing of AI applications Experience managing multi-language or global websites Exposure to conversion rate optimization (CRO) and testing approaches At Notified, we don't just accept difference - we celebrate it, support it, and build success upon it.
