They are seeking a Drafting Manager to join their team - a professional who values excellence, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering superior results to homeowners.

In this role, the Drafting Manager will lead a team of skilled drafters, working closely with the construction process to ensure precision, efficiency, and quality at every stage. The successful candidate will have a background in construction / architectural drafting and will provide hands-on support to the drafting team in producing accurate, detailed drawings and plans that guide building personnel in meeting the customer's expectations.

This position requires a collaborative leader who can bridge departmental needs, align plant activities with project goals, and foster strong teamwork both within and beyond the drafting department.

Qualifications

• Obtains a Building Code Identification Number
• 10+ Years in the Drafting field
• Diploma in Engineering / Architecture / Drafting Technology discipline is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of drafting principles, industry standards, and technical drawing practices
• Strong Leadership skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
