MDSearch is recruiting Family Medicine Physicians on behalf of an established and growing Family Health Organization (FHO) in Brampton, Ontario. Position Details Practice Model: Family Health Organization (FHO) Clinic Size: 8 Physicians within the FHO Team: 6 Family Physicians Position Type: Full-time, Part-time, Locum, or Flexible Schedule Work Arrangement: In-person, Virtual, or Hybrid Compensation: 90% to start, 85% through the full build year, 75% once established
What You Can Expect Physicians will have immediate access to an existing patient panel, including more than 300 unattached patients seeking a family physician. Strong community demand provides an excellent opportunity to establish and grow your roster quickly. Flexible scheduling options support work-life balance, with a potential pathway to partnership for those seeking a long-term opportunity.
Clinical & Professional Support Established Family Health Organization (FHO) Mentorship available for new graduates and physicians transitioning into practice Experienced administrative and reception staff Nursing support for vaccines, bloodwork, and patient flow AI-powered scribe technology integrated into clinic workflows Integrated health centre with rehabilitation, pharmacy, and private medicine services on site Ample free parking for physicians and patients Modern, collaborative practice environment
Requirements CPSO independent practice license (or eligibility for licensure) Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) preferred New graduates welcome to apply International Medical Graduates (IMGs) welcome to apply
