- be experienced in the organization and operation of school resource centers (including book exchange; ordering; cataloguing; monitoring AV equipment; planning and organizing two annual Book Fairs)
- have familiarity with library systems
- possess good computer skills
- possess strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
