Human Resources Assistant
The Town is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our Human Resources team for a 24-month contract. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this position plays a vital role in supporting the department’s daily operations in a confidential and service-focused environment. Key responsibilities include managing HR reception duties, coordinating the recruitment process for part-time, casual, sessional, and seasonal positions, and maintaining accurate employment records in compliance with legislative requirements.
This role also supports the Town’s commitment to employee development and wellness by assisting with training coordination and related documentation. The Human Resources Assistant provides backup support to the Human Resources Administrative Coordinator, offering a well-rounded opportunity to gain experience across multiple HR functions.
