Account Manager - Construction & Industrial Sales
A leading player in the construction and industrial solutions sector is seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join their dynamic Regional Sales team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the full sales process while promoting innovative product solutions and delivering exceptional service.
Sales & Business Development
- Grow sales, market share, and revenue within both existing accounts and new business opportunities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer Requests for Quotations (RFQs)
- Develop and maintain key customer plans in coordination with the Sales Management team
- Identify and explore new market segments and product applications to expand the client base
Client Relationship Management
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service Representatives to follow up on leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Deliver high-quality technical presentations to a range of clients and stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of progressive sales experience in the construction or industrial sectors
- Post-secondary education in business, science, or engineering is considered an asset
- Familiarity with civil, architectural, or environmental design and geosynthetic applications
