Position Overview BDC is currently looking for a Senior Advisor, Organizational Transformation and Change Management experienced to support its transformation initiatives.
Reporting to the Director of Organizational Transformation and Change Management, this person will work closely with the various internal partners and provide consulting services, support and guidance to the organization, managers and teams impacted in the management of changes and transformation projects. The incumbent of this position will play a strategic role and develop strong business relationships, but will also have to demonstrate a solid execution approach to federate the various stakeholders and put them into action quickly.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET
- Actively contribute to the implementation of BDC's Dynamics 365 Sales CRMs, integrating change management best practices to facilitate adoption, stakeholder engagement and the success of this transformation;
- Support stakeholders in translating their transformation strategies (vision, objectives and associated benefits) into a defined target, a structured, achievable and easily communicable plan;
- Plan, organize and monitor the progress of transformation and change management work and activities, ensuring their effective implementation;
- Carry out stakeholder analysis, impact and risk assessment related to change management, in consultation with internal partners;
- Develop and implement a transition management plan to mobilize stakeholders to achieve objectives, taking into account organizational culture;
- Contribute to strategic thinking as well as the communication and training plan related to change;
- Define success measures and monitoring indicators to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives;
- Contribute to the development and deployment of change management and organizational transformation tools, methodologies and practices;
- Ensure continuous strategic monitoring of emerging trends in change management, transformation, new ways of working and innovative approaches.
What We Are Looking For
- You have an undergraduate degree in an appropriate discipline, ideally complemented by a Master's degree in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or MBA (an asset);
- You have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the field of organizational transformation, change management and project management in large companies;
- You have participated in large-scale transformation projects, ensuring the implementation of change management strategies, particularly on Dynamics 365 Sales CRM;
- You have knowledge of sales processes in the banking environment (an asset);
- You master the Agile approach (an asset);
- You have the ability to make connections to be able to have a holistic view of the organization and the current developments;
- Dynamic and with good interpersonal skills, you are able to develop relationships with high-level interlocutors (Directors, C-suite) and you have demonstrated your ability to influence them;
- During your experience, you have developed strategic thinking that allows you to act proactively with the various stakeholders;
- You are recognized for your ability to act in ambiguity, to question the status quo while adapting your approach to the needs of clients;
- You have recognized interpersonal and communication skills, ability to synthesize and popularize;
- You are comfortable working in both languages, French and English (spoken and written).
