Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Office Administrator role based in Ottawa, Ontario, with flexibility for some remote work. The Office Administrator will manage day-to-day administrative operations, handle office equipment and supplies, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth communication within the organization. The position also includes assisting with office administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting staff and management as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including organizing schedules, managing documentation, and handling clerical duties.
- Experience with Office Equipment and operational troubleshooting, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a functional workspace.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to provide professional support and interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency with relevant computer software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Previous experience or knowledge of non-profit organizations is an asset.
