Terrain Fencing specializes in providing high-quality fencing solutions tailored to the needs of residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The successful candidate will work alongside our fencing crews assisting with the installation of various fencing systems while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Key responsibilities include

Assist with the installation of wood, chain link, and silt fences Load and unload materials, equipment, and tools; maintain site cleanliness Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Perform digging, post setting, measuring, and layout tasks as directed Follow instructions from the crew lead and adhere to all safety standards Required Qualifications: Experience working in a construction or fencing labourer role Experience installing fences (wood, chain link, or silt fence) Experience using hand tools and power tools on job sites Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid Ontario G driver’s license Clean driver’s abstract English proficiency sufficient for on-site safety and crew communication Legally eligible to work in Canada Competitive hourly wage of $20–$25, reflecting experience and qualifications Dental and health insurance coverage RRSP matching program Life insurance benefits Hours 6:30am-5:00pm
