Tasks/Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will be responsible for the integration and optimization of the company’s business systems.
MORE SPECIFICALLY
- Analyze business needs and recommend tailored CRM solutions.
- Integrate the CRM with other systems to optimize business processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and align CRM solutions with organizational objectives.
- Support users through training, documentation, and technical assistance.
- Contribute to CRM implementation and continuous improvement projects.
PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Strong experience in CRM solution integration, ideally with Dynamics
- Good knowledge of Agile environments and project phases
- Solid understanding of business processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Bilingual (French required, functional English)
