About the role

The Opportunity We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Administrator / Customer Service Administrator with a solutions-oriented mindset who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting subcontractor compliance, contract administration, and customer service operations while ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely execution of assigned responsibilities.

Using Alpine's technology and Microsoft Office applications, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance records, supporting operational workflows, responding to client and subcontractor inquiries, and contributing to service excellence across multiple accounts. The Role Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and ensure all required compliance documentation is collected, validated, and maintained. Draft and administer subcontractor agreements and related contractual documentation. Audit subcontractor files to verify insurance, WCB/WSIB, security clearances, certifications, and ongoing compliance requirements. Manage building access requests, security clearances, and access tracking processes. Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure documentation remains current across internal systems. Monitor subcontractor compliance and escalate outstanding issues as required. Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc compliance and operational reports for management. Support monthly and quarterly compliance audits. Create, dispatch, monitor, and close customer service work orders, complaints, and quotations through internal and client systems. Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and operations teams via phone and email. Monitor work order performance and support adherence to client service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Post purchase credit memos and assist with administrative documentation as required. Support customer service operations by providing administrative coverage and assisting with special projects as assigned. The Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to changing business needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience working with CRM and CMMS systems. Experience with document control, compliance administration, or contract management is an asset. Experience with financial reporting, quote generation, and administrative reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Learning agility with the ability to quickly understand new systems and processes. Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. English fluency is required; additional languages are considered an asset The Compensation Salary Range: $48,000 to $51,000 per annum Location: In-Office role at the Delta head office.
