Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create a positive experience at every visit
- Support the orthodontist in delivering exceptional care
- Prepare and maintain instruments, supplies, and clinical areas
- Educate patients and help them feel confident about their treatment
- Work collaboratively with the team in an atmosphere of trust and respect
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting with a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For
- Dental Assistant experience
- Certified Dental Assistant with successful completion of the NDAEB exam
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Orthodontic experience or module is an asset but not required
