We’re looking for a hands-on leader to transition into a Construction Manager role, overseeing the execution of multi-family residential projects across Alberta. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our growing development portfolio while mentoring field teams and driving pre-construction planning.

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

• Lead construction execution across active and upcoming townhome developments, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Take ownership of pre-construction planning, including civil coordination, job setup, and consultant interface.
• Transition site teams from tool-based roles into supervisory leadership, fostering accountability and growth.
• Collaborate with project managers, coordinators, and safety personnel to maintain project rhythm and compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, invoice approvals, and ERP workflows (BuildPRO, Sage).
• Work closely with the sales team to align construction delivery with client expectations.

Your strengths include:

• 5+ years of construction leadership experience in wood-frame multi-family projects, including:

• Stacked townhomes

• Three-storey townhomes with attached garages

• Retail-oriented townhome developments

• Proven ability to manage both startup phases and active construction sites.

• Strong understanding of civil infrastructure, front-end logistics, and field coordination.

• A sleeves-rolled-up mentality—willing to be present on-site, lead by example, and support the team however needed.

• Decisive, intelligent, and open to learning through experience.

• Comfortable mentoring superintendents and interfacing with consultants, trades, and sales teams.
