As a Marketing Advisor, Planning and Operations, you help update the organization’s products and services to meet member/client needs and support business development. You analyze market needs in connection with product and service marketing. You serve as technical expert and provide discipline-specific support for your unit’s activities, initiatives and processes. The ability to tailor your approach as needed is therefore essential. You research and analyze processes, information management and data processing. You draw on your sound decision-making skills to solve technically complex problems and recommend ways to change or adjust technical methods and procedures to make them as effective and efficient as possible. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Provide technical support for projects, complex operational issues, and event logistics
- Carry out specialized technical studies, research and analysis. Serve as resource person for the submission of solutions and action plans
- Help practitioners follow your unit’s standards and processes and use its business solutions, tools and systems
- Work with internal and external stakeholders, formulate and coordinate marketing calendar activities to promote products and services
- Support marketing budget planning and day to day tracking of marketing budget spend and collaborate with finance team to reconcile spend and forecast accruals
- Process and quality orientation with attention to detail and highly analytical to support the processing of data to facilitate efficient and effective processing of campaign and initiative fulfillments
- Support the development of a marketing infrastructure that delivers these activities and tactics
- Facilitate documentation to help internal teams understand and utilize marketing processes effectively
- Identify opportunities to streamline marketing operations through automation tools and improved workflows and processes
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing automation, data analytics, and customer engagement

What you bring to the table
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications or in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in Marketing
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Intermédiate working knowledge of CRM/Marketing Automation Platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and data analytics
