Position Summary
The part-time Cashier / Line Cook works in a fast-paced team environment to complete assigned tasks during scheduled 7–8 hour shifts. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders, and process payments accurately
- Prepare food and beverages to McDonald’s standards
- Assemble dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders
- Follow structured procedures and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers
- Adhere to food safety standards, company policies, and Occupational Health and Safety requirements
Qualifications
- Must be available from 4pm to 11pm
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- No prior experience required; experience in food service, retail, or customer service is an asset
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals
- Fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Compensation & Workplace Commitment
