Subaru of Charlottetown is seeking an experienced service professional with a passion for the automotive industry who is looking to step up and make an impact as Service Manager.
As Service Manager, you’ll guide a talented team of technicians and advisors while maintaining a strong, customer-facing role. You’ll help your team grow and thrive, all while continuing to provide the exceptional customer experience that has earned us top ratings.

Salary + Bonus Plan ($55,000- $58,000) | Compensation Commensurate with Knowledge, Skills & Experience
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of service professionals.
- Drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and service excellence.
- Oversee repair procedures and uphold dealership standards.
- Provide technical guidance and assist with complex diagnostics.
- Manage shop tools, equipment, and organization to maximize efficiency.
- Train and develop team members for continuous improvement.
- Monitor productivity and performance to ensure department goals are met.
- Deliver timely, outstanding customer service and support.
- Foster a customer-first culture through coaching and mentorship.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of automotive experience, ideally in the service department.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Highly organized, hardworking, and self-driven.
- Strong time management abilities to oversee a busy service operation.
- Prior leadership experience is a strong asset.
