Role Snapshot

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer(Content + AI-Driven Demand Gen) to take charge of how Mercator.ai shows up in the world.

This role is for someone who lives at the intersection of content marketing, copy, AI, and analytics . You are obsessed with creating content—but equally obsessed with measuring it, refining it, and asking the hard question:

“Is our offer actually good enough?”

You’ll inherit a scalable content engine using AI, turn sales and customer success conversations into marketing fuel, and run continuous test-and-learn loops across organic, paid, email, webinar, newsletter channels, SEO, and direct media buys, to name a few. You’ll be evolving this approach across organic and paid, as well as owning webinars, newsletters, market reports, and outbound agents. This is not a “post and pray” role. This is about building demand with intention . You have expertise in marketing automation, CRM tools, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and excels at developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that support business growth.

You’ll work closely with the founder and sales team, with the freedom to experiment, iterate fast, and own the results.

What Makes You a Fit

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, content, or demand generation roles
  • Proven experience producing high volumes of content using AI and smart systems
  • Proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems
  • B2B SaaS background - especially in sales-led or product-led growth environments
  • Strong copy instincts—you care deeply about messaging, positioning, and offers
  • Comfortable building and maintaining dashboards to share performance with leadership
  • Analytical mindset: you are a scientist, and are obsessing over why something worked (or didn't)
  • You understand that content without measurement is just noise
  • Curious, resourceful, and confident in taking ownership
  • Startup or fast-moving environment experience is a strong plus
  • Experience in construction, real estate, or a related industry is an asset
  • An obsession with the methodologies of Alex Hormozi is a HUGE plus - Practical experience implementing and seeing results is key

What You’ll Do

Content at Scale (with Purpose)

  • Create strong base content (sales calls, long-form posts, landing pages)
  • Use AI to repurpose and slice content into 80+ assets per core piece
  • Use AI tools and agents to mass-generate drafts, variations, and formats
  • Ship content efficiently across social, ads, email, SEO, and landing pages

Messaging, Copy & Offer Refinement

  • Obsess over headlines, hooks, CTAs, and positioning
  • Continuously fine-tune messaging based on real buyer signals
  • Translate sales calls into high-performing marketing language
  • Pressure-test offers and value props relentlessly
  • Testing messaging across the buyer journey from unaware to most aware (and all the stages in between - problem aware, solution aware, product aware)

Demand Generation & Distribution

  • Build inbound demand through organic and paid channels
  • Launch and iterate on ads using tight testing loops
  • Ensure content is distributed, not just created - Ensure content gets distributed, not just created—know when to push volume vs. refine for quality

Analytics, Measurement & Learning Loops

  • Track content and campaign performance (ROAS is the critical metric of our business)
  • Analyze what formats, messages, and offers perform best
  • Connect content performance to pipeline and demand signals
  • Run continuous loops: launch → measure → adjust → relaunch
  • Use data to guide decisions, not vibes

Sales Insight → Marketing Engine

  • Dive into recorded sales calls (and genuinely enjoy it)
  • Extract objections, buying language, and emotional triggers
  • Feed insights directly into content, ads, and offers
  • Work closely with sales (training and support provided)
