Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions. Prepare production and other reports. Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. The Juice Truck is a new-school juicing concept on four wheels. We’ve travelled the world to engineer delicious and healthy fruit and vegetable based drinks that pack a punch. We produce them with special hydraulic, cold pressing machines that get our drinkers the most nutrients and bang for their buck at roughly 7 dollars a piece. We are primarily based at Water and Abbott in Gastown but utilize our mobile permit at times as well.
