About the role

This individual will ensure that the continuous delivery framework is effectively implemented to support the organization's transformation agenda. The position is critical in supporting the development and implementation of our continuous delivery framework, aligning departmental goals with organizational priorities, and driving growth through strategic initiatives. You will join a nimble team of high-performing professionals focused on working together, challenging the status quo, and owning our future.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coaches different levels of hierarchy through Agile principles and practices.
  • Provides real-time feedback to maintain delivery on track and address issues.
  • Facilitates Agile events and processes, assisting teams with troubleshooting.
  • Leads the implementation of the continuous delivery framework
  • Coordinates quarterly planning cycles, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead quarterly planning cycles.
  • Knowledge of Planview.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services technology.
  • Experience in multinational, complex matrix-based organizations.

Salary range is expected to be between

$94,220.00 CAD - $174,980.00 CAD
