Pinchin is looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Geotechnical Operations Manager to lead and grow our Southern Ontario team. Reporting to the Director, you’ll scale a high-performing group focused on land development and due diligence, with a mandate to triple the team size over five years.

What You’ll Do
- Mentor and scale a high-performing group of engineers and technical staff
- Foster a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and client care
- Oversee daily delivery of geotechnical services
- Optimize resourcing, scheduling, and quality assurance
- Act as a trusted advisor to real estate and development clients
- Expand business through strong relationships and cross-functional collaboration
- Support budgeting and performance tracking
- Improve margins through smart planning and risk management
- Guide investigations, design, and reporting
- Represent Pinchin in technical forums and ensure professional excellence
What You Bring to the Pinchin Team
- Bachelor’s in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological Engineering
- Eng. in Ontario (or eligible)
- 8+ years in geotechnical consulting with leadership experience
- Strong business acumen and client management skills
- Proficiency in geotechnical modeling tools
- A growth mindset and passion for team development
