What This Role Is All About
Are you someone who lights up at the idea of building meaningful partnerships? Do you love crafting sponsorships that feel like magic—for both the sponsor and the cause? Your mission: help us grow strong, long-lasting corporate partners who believe in innovation, community, and healing as much as we do.
You’ll be hands-on—from the first hello to the final reporting call—ensuring that every corporate relationship feels memorable, genuine, and impactful.
Your Day-to-Day Magic
Here’s what a typical day might look like (but always with room for creativity!):
- Relationship Building & Strategy
Identify and engage new sponsorship opportunities; craft thoughtful outreach strategies with measurable goals. - Proposal & Package Development
Create compelling, tailored sponsorship offers that align with both corporate partners’ objectives and our Foundation’s mission. - Activation & Delivery
Set expectations, follow through with flair, roll out activations, execute branded benefits, issue recognition, and deliver heartfelt thank-you’s. - Impact Tracking
Manage agreements, track performance, and report outcomes—ensuring partners are always in the loop and wowed by the impact of their support. - Cross-team Collaboration
Work closely with Events, Marketing, Programs, and Research teams to weave sponsor benefits into everything we do—from gala evenings to facility upgrades. - Community Ambassadorship
Represent the Foundation at community events and corporate meetings—sharing our story with warmth, pride, and passion.
You Bring These Superpowers
- 3+ years experience in corporate sponsorships, partnerships, or business development—bonus if you've rocked roles in non-profits or healthcare.
- A living portfolio of successful sponsorships—businesses that came, stayed, and partnered year after year.
- Communication that sparkles—you sell ideas, stories, and shared causes with charisma and heart.
- Project-savvy—juggle contracts, timelines, and deliverables with ease and precision.
- Tech fluency—comfortable with design software, such as Canva, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and fundraising databases, such as Raisers Edge.
- Team spirit—you're collaborative, inclusive, and grounded in equity, diversity, and inclusion.
