About the role

Client Care Advisor LPN

As the primary point of contact for clients, you'll lead care consultations, oversee and train Care Professionals, and ensure consistent, high-quality service through ongoing quality checks. This role is ideal for an LPN who values autonomy, strong relationships, and delivering exceptional care to older adults.

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE

As a Client Care Advisor (LPN), you build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families while coordinating all aspects of direct care. You use a consultative sales approach to create and refine personalized care plans, ensuring they meet evolving client needs through ongoing communication and visits. This role combines relationship-building, problem-solving, training and team coordination to drive quality care, satisfaction, and service growth.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Active LPN license with CLPNS is required. Minimum 2 years' experience in that capacity
  • 5+ years overall healthcare experience
  • Several years' experience in older adult healthcare, home care or senior care-related industry preferred.
  • Exceptional use of English
  • Demonstrated therapeutic communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • A Valid Driver's License (Class5, Full Experienced Driver)
  • Reliable vehicle

HOURS

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Monday through Friday, days
  • Available to support the team outside office hours, as needed
