Responsibil ities:Revenue Growth & Market Exp ansionDevelop and execute territory and account growth plans aligned with corporate objec tives.Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within target industries and market seg ments.Expand relationships with existing clients while uncovering additional service and solution opportun ities.Strategic Client Enga gementEstablish relationships with key stakeholders across all organizational levels, including executive leadership, operational teams, and technical decision-m akers.Lead consultative discussions to understand customer challenges, operational priorities, and energy management objec tives.Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportun ities.Solution Development & Sales Exe cutionCoordinate cross-functional teams to design compelling customer proposals and business cases.Negotiate commercial agreements and manage opportunities from initial outreach through contract exec ution.Contribute market intelligence and customer feedback to support the development of future products and ser

vices. Qualific ations:Minimum of 7 years of experience in new business acquisition, enterprise sales, or strategic account devel opment.Demonstrated success selling energy management, energy technology, or related technical solutions to large commercial and industrial organiz ations.Hands-on experience with: DR and DER pr ograms.Proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeh olders.Familiarity with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM pla tforms.Strong understanding of energy market dynamics, sustainability initiatives, and decarbonization stra tegies.Proven ability to effectively communicate technical and business requirements, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.Educational background in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related technical field is pre

ferred.
