Qualifications

• Prior experience as a pharmacist assistant is an asset .
• good Knowledge with pharmacy software ( not mandatory )
• Excellent work ethics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to provide exceptional customer service is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prescription intake and drop-off: obtain and record patient information, direct the patient to pharmacists regarding consultations, manage transactions.
• Customer service: greet customers, be knowledgeable about pharmacy services, direct patients to pharmacist for medication-related questions.
• Dispensary: processing prescriptions, inventory management, compounding, compliance packages, and assist in other daily duties in the pharmacy.

Working Hours :

• 16 h / week
