About the role

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Garage Door Technician to join our Regina team!
This is a full-time, permanent position based out of our Regina warehouse. You’ll work alongside a great crew, reporting to our Lead Foreman, and will be responsible for installing and servicing overhead doors. Some overtime and on-call work will be required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose, repair, and install overhead door systems with precision and care.
  • Communicate clearly with the service scheduler to ensure jobs run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and help maintain our reputation for quality workmanship.
  • Contribute to company growth by fostering strong relationships with customers.
  • Be ready for occasional out-of-town work, including overtime and on-call shifts.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone with hands-on experience who takes pride in their work and enjoys problem-solving.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re:

  • Mechanically inclined and confident using tools and equipment.
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
  • Focused on safety and comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts).
  • Skilled in customer service and communication.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications:
Experience in the service or installation trade is required – ideally with overhead doors or related construction.

  • Valid driver’s license (required).
  • Safety certifications such as Fall Protection, Elevated Work Platform, First Aid, or SCOT are assets.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and working in all weather conditions.
  • Must pass pre-employment screening (drug, alcohol, and health assessment).
