The Opportunity:
Scope of the position
The Accounts Receivable & Credit Administrator will provide essential support to our AR and Credit functions. This role focuses on cash application, reconciliation, account maintenance, credit application processing, and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and experienced in high‑volume AR environments. You will work closely with Accounting, Sales, and branch teams to ensure accurate records and smooth daily operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily payments in Billtrust Cash App and P21 ERP, ensuring accurate and timely application.
- Reconcile branch cash deposits and credit card transactions, investigating and correcting discrepancies.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and prepare supporting documentation as needed.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding account status, invoices, credits, and statements.
- Process incoming credit applications and ensure customer account information is complete and up‑to‑
- Support credit and collections activities by preparing documentation, following up on outstanding items, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to gather information required for credit setups or account issue resolution.
- Assist with month‑end AR tasks, including reports, reconciliations, and account verification.
- Work with the Accounting department to support bank reconciliation processes and address AR‑related questions.
- Provide general administrative support and participate in special projects as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of Canadian Accounts Receivable experience within a medium to large company.
- Experience using ERP systems (P21 an asset).
- Customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment.

What we offer:
The target salary range for this position is $52,000 to 58,000 CAD*. The pay range for this position is a general guideline only. The salary will depend on internal pay equity and the candidate's relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and job market data.*
