Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a transformative project. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, innovative, and detail-oriented team of professionals.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Collaborate with the Planning Department to align signalling installation inputs with the master project schedule in P6.
  • Develop and maintain signalling installation timelines and critical path analyses for installation activities.
  • Ensure consistency between field execution plans and installation engineering planning deliverables.
  • Create high-level visual roadmaps and timelines using tools such as PowerPoint and MS Project.
  • Support project leadership with scenario planning and schedule simulations.
  • Translate complex scheduling data into actionable insights for field teams.
  • Act as the internal point of contact for time-related coordination within the Installation Department.
  • Facilitate schedule alignment meetings with Planning, Engineering, and Construction teams.
  • Ensure timely communication of schedule risks, changes, and mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present schedule status reports, highlighting gaps and progress against baselines.
  • Maintain traceability of schedule inputs and assumptions.
  • Support the return of experience (REX) process by documenting lessons learned.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, signalling, installation or related field.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or installation coordination.

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project; PowerPoint expertise required.

  • Strong understanding of signalling installation workflows and sequencing.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Collaborate with diverse and supportive colleagues across teams.

  • Contribute to innovative projects that shape the future of mobility.
