About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced OT Cyber Security Architect in Regina with a strong background in Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience conducting Threat and Risk Assessments (TRAs), implementing risk mitigation strategies, and delivering complex security projects across OT environments. Expertise in Microsoft Azure is essential, particularly in designing secure, scalable solutions that integrate with industrial systems. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across engineering, IT, and security teams to enhance cyber resilience and ensure compliance within critical infrastructure operations.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Provide sound architectural guidance on security requirements to projects and operational teams.
- Participate in / perform cyber security threat risk assessments and security analysis. This includes assessing cloud and on-premise applications.
- Produce deliverables in the form of reports and documented recommendations that SaskPower would consider implementing, and recommendations to Enterprise Security as requested.
Your strengths include:
- Azure Experience/Security Project Experience
- CISSP certified or similar
- PMP/CAPM and/or Business Analyst certified
- Proven experience conducting Threat and Risk Assessments (TRAs)
- Proven track record in conducting TRAs, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending actionable mitigation strategies aligned with governance standards.
