HRIS Specialist
About the role

We are looking for an HRIS Specialist to play a key role in our enterprise‑wide HR transformation, helping shape how systems, processes, and analytics drive business impact at Votorantim Cimentos North America.
This role supports redesign and modernization of our HRIS, payroll, and workforce management ecosystem while revisiting how we work, driving efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience improvements. You will be part of the HR Optimization team, working directly with the Head of HR Operations and Optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide vision, leadership, and planning to enhance and optimize HRIS and payroll systems.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee implementation, maintenance & optimization of our time management and payroll systems.
- Collaborate across HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to resolve system issues.
- Strengthen people analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Develop HRIS‑related procedures, documentation, and training.

What You Bring
- 5+ years HRIS and process/system improvement experience.
- 2+ years payroll processing (U.S. and/or Canada).
- Extensive experience as system administrator for Payroll systems (UKG and/or Dayforce)
- Experience supporting payroll or HRIS transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
