Warehouse Supervisor Working Mode: Full time Work Location: 290189 TWP RD 261, Rocky View, AB

With operations across North America, South America, Asia, and Europe, we integrate international shipping, warehousing, and distribution through advanced digital systems to deliver efficient, scalable, and reliable services. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring warehouse operations run efficiently, safely, and in alignment with business objectives. You will lead overall warehouse performance, oversee team operations, and drive continuous improvement across processes and systems. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, and a proven track record in warehouse management.
Key responsibilities Operational Oversight: Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff; foster a positive, high-performance culture. Inventory Control: Ensure 99.95%+ inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation with inventory systems. Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and internal protocols. Logistics Coordination: Liaise with customer service, suppliers, and carriers to ensure on-time fulfillment. Quality and Productivity: Ensure team meets established productivity and quality KPIs (e.g., UPH, accuracy targets). Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and optimize warehouse layout for better flow and storage density. Budget Management: Manage warehouse budgets, expenses, and operational performance (KPIs). Performance Reporting: Report on warehouse performance and provide insights to leadership. Perform other duties as required.
Requirements and Skills: Experience: 5+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business preferred Technical Skills: Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Excel Certifications: Valid Forklift certification and valid driver’s license Work in various warehouse conditions (e.g., cold storage if applicable) Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to adapt to evolving processes and drive continuous improvement Bilingual in Chinese and English (required for customer communication)
