Role Overview
- Providing consulting and business support to direct and indirect client groups.
- Applying sound consulting principles to customer assignments.
- Identifying and recommending product improvements and process efficiencies.
- Delivering consistent, high‑quality service excellence to all customers.
- Collaborating as a cohesive team member and supporting other BSCM associates as required.
- Responding to all client inquiries within established OLA timelines.
Role Responsibilities
Business & Fund Change Management
Supporting responsibilities include:
- Managing the intake, review, prioritization, and assignment of daily requests from Client and Operations teams.
- Intercepting, researching, and resolving requests as applicable.
- Maintaining client and BSCM documentation.
- Preparing client communications as assigned.
- Contributing to project and implementation plans and related documentation.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Providing client service support to Client Account Teams and Operations.
- Performing ad‑hoc environment setup.
- Maintaining implementation utilities, departmental processes, procedures, and checklists.
Project Management (for Analyst‑Owned Initiatives)
Supporting responsibilities include:
- Coordinating fund mergers, rollovers, and conversions.
- Activating new functionality, including environment setup, testing, and implementation.
- Managing direct client meetings to discuss new ideas and solution approaches to achieving client goals.
- Overseeing complex fund launches.
- Coordinating fund reorganizations and restructures.
- Conducting code testing as required.
- Creating and supporting SOWs and HLEs.
- Completing tasks requiring advanced skills that fall outside standard day‑to‑day operations.
- Managing new fund set-ups and modifications*.*
Minimum Qualifications
Critical
- Skilled in maintaining structured logs for tracking issues, action items, risks, queries, and resolutions.
- Experienced in supporting project teams during strategic meetings and producing clear meeting notes.
- Comfortable organizing, managing, and filing project documentation in a centralized repository.
- Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven customer‑relationship and client‑service capabilities.
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience identifying business problems, evaluating data, and documenting accurate solutions.
- Adept at research and information gathering.
- Demonstrated innovation and a continuous‑improvement approach.
- Shows initiative and takes proactive action when needed.
- Solid working knowledge of iFAST, iFAST Web Plus, APIs, AWD, Datamarts, and related IFDS systems.
- Client‑focused approach, including gathering business information and supporting problem resolution.
- Effective at organizing work and managing shifting priorities within defined timelines.
- Results‑driven, with a consistent track record of achieving performance expectations.

- Exposure to ITIL methodologies.
- Knowledge of iFAST systems, iFAST Surround Products, and Microsoft applications.

Salary Range
Pay Range (CAD $): 74,000 -93,000
The above reflects an industry-benchmarked target compensation range. The salary offered may vary based upon the candidate’s skills and experience, job-related knowledge, and other specific business needs.
