Core Responsibilities
- Manage, identify opportunities, and drive growth of the eComm channel with focus on strategic and executional priorities.
- Lead digital performance marketing on-platform, including listings, SEO, Display, and Retail Activation.
- Shape channel strategy and customer business plans, ensuring alignment with Canada’s overall Channel and Integrated Commercial Planning.
- Collaborate with channel leads, Key Account Managers, AMS B2B eCommerce, and LEGO Retail teams, sharing accountability for eComm results.
- Grow LEGO Canada’s eCommerce footprint with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with Marketing and BU leaders to align strategies.
- Identify product trends and partner with Demand Planning to optimize forecasts and sales.
- Manage listings, availability, and online presence across eComm partners.
- Foster a test-and-learn culture to drive innovation and experimentation.

eCommerce strategy and execution are critical growth drivers for LEGO Canada. The eCommerce Manager will lead all locally driven initiatives with best-in-class quality, collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Regional teams to deliver a consistent brand experience across touchpoints.
Do your part in our team succeeding
Establishing eCommerce strategy and its implementation is key growth driver for LEGO Canada. The eCommerce Manager is expected to lead all the locally driven eCommerce activities in Canada with best-in-class quality by collaborating with other functions e.g. Marketing, Sales, Operations, Regional team to deliver harmonized brand experience across the touch points.
Do you have what it takes
- Demonstrated customer-facing key account management experience in consumer-packaged goods or retail
- Dedicated experience in eCommerce or Digital marketing
- Critical thinking with focus on deliverables
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Strong collaborator and relationship management skills
- Hands-on approaches with a focus on learning and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Demonstrated project management experience to build and develop and implement an eComm strategy
- Full understanding of the conversion funnel, the digital retail landscape, and the dynamics of e-Commerce and Omni-channel, as well as thorough knowledge of new shopper acquisition channels.
- Excellent analytical skills, a passion for data metrics and the ability to turn analysis into the creation, execution of actionable e-commerce programs and digital campaigns
- Digitally native, including the ability to understand key technical issues and their implications
- Fully operational in selling and negotiation skills, sales & commercial analysis and customer collaboration.
- Successful leadership experience in leading diverse individuals.
- High-level of integrity, and passion with a presence that fits a fast-paced, energetic and collaborative organization.
