As our

Receptionist

, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our showroom. Your responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Answering and directing phone calls in a professional, friendly manner
• Scheduling appointments and managing a busy phone system
• Providing general office support and completing administrative duties
• Maintaining accuracy and accountability in daily tasks
• Supporting colleagues and management with operational needs
• Upholding company policies and representing GreenFox with integrity

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a professional, tactful approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to proofread and edit documents with accuracy
• A proactive, dedicated, and enthusiastic attitude
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
