About the Job
Infillion is seeking an experienced Sr. Network Engineer to join our DevOps Infrastructure team. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining resilient network systems across both cloud and on-premises environments, with a strong focus on automation, precision, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
You'll help shape the evolution of Infillion's network stack by driving automation, improving visibility, and ensuring seamless connectivity across our AWS, GCP, and colocation data centers, along with internal and partner systems.
What you'll be doing:

Design and automate scalable network infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles with Ansible, Puppet, OpenStack, and Python.

Develop cost-efficient network automation solutions to eliminate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency
-
Architect and administer AWS VPC peering across multiple accounts, focusing on routing efficiency and high availability
-
Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously enhance cloud and data center network performance
-
Collaborate closely with DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams to enforce reliability, observability, and compliance best practices
What you have:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
-
Proven background managing on-prem environments; experience in high-growth SaaS, media, or technology organizations is a plus
-
Hands-on experience configuring and managing firewalls, switches, and routers in production environments
-
Strong automation experience with Ansible, Puppet, and Python; experience with OpenStack is a plus.

Solid understanding of core network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VPN, DNS, and DHCP
-
Expertise in network design for availability, scalability, and observability
-
Experience integrating network automation with CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable
-
AWS networking experience (VPC design, peering, routing, and HA architectures) is a strong plus
