We’re Country Boyz Industries, a high-performance sign and graphics company based just 15 minutes SE of Calgary. We build the kind of signs that turn heads — from big roadside billboards to custom storefronts and graphics.

What You’ll Do Help build, move, and set up signage, posts, and site materials Assist the crew with lifting, loading, and positioning signs Use power tools and equipment (we’ll train you on anything new) Help keep the shop and vehicles organized and ready for jobs Pitch in on vinyl graphics, cleanup, and general shop work when needed Occasionally assist on installs or maintenance jobs with senior team members
Who You Are Reliable, punctual, and ready to put in a solid day’s work Comfortable using tools, working outdoors, and getting a bit dirty Have a Class 5 driver’s licence (or working toward it) Physically able to lift, climb, and work safely at various heights Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Nice-to-Haves (But Not Required) Experience in construction, landscaping, farm work, or trades Fall protection or first aid certification Mechanical or electrical interest
**What You’ll Get ** $18–$28/hour based on experience and skill Health, dental, and vision benefits after probation Steady full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Variety — no two days are the same Supportive team environment and training from experienced pros Room to grow into Installer, Fabrication Tech, or Crew Lead roles
