The Opportunity
We’re looking for a licensedPlumberwith experience in construction to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role in our modular housing factory, where you’ll install, assemble, and test plumbing systems that power sustainable multi-unit buildings.
You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and production teams to bring innovative designs to life—ensuring every unit we deliver meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. If you’re skilled, detail-oriented, and excited about applying your trade in a modern, factory-based environment, this role is for you.
WhatYou’llDo:
Install & Assemble

Install, assemble, and test plumbing systems within factory-built modular units.
-
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics to execute precise installations.
-
Work with Cold Formed Steel framing to integrate plumbing systems.
Ensure Compliance & Quality
-
Ensure all plumbing work complies with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and CSA A277 standards.
-
Perform quality control checks to confirm plumbing systems meet required standards before shipment.
-
Prepare Bills of Materials accurately and on time.
Collaborate & Improve
-
Partner with engineers, designers, and production teams to optimize plumbing layouts for modular efficiency.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Who You Are:
-
Licensed plumber with construction experience.
-
Knowledge of Ontario Building Code (OBC) plumbing regulations and CSA A277 compliance.

Experience with modular or prefabrication construction is a strong asset.

Comfortable working with Cold Formed Steel framing.

Skilled at reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Team-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality.
Work Environment:

Factory-based position at525ConestogoRd, Waterloo.
-
Day shift:7:00am – 3:30pm(with potential overtime depending on production deadlines).
