SALES PROFESSIONAL, WINNIPEG, CANADA We're hiring an experienced, territory SALES PROFESSIONAL, industry to drive business growth across MANITOBA AND SASKATCHEWAN a home base location of WINNIPEG . If you're passionate about flooring or tiling installation systems, and have a customer-first, solution driven mindset, we want to hear from you.
Daily territory travel including some overnight. Industry experience is essential, together with experience of the local markets.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of ARDEX and Henry products through winning new business and growing existing accounts
- Build trusted relationships with contractors, architects, distributors, and other industry partners
- Provide field support, technical recommendations and solutions
- Deliver high-impact product demos and presentations
- Collaborate with internal ARDEX teams including Technical, Product Managers, Marketing, Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure our ARDEX best-in-class service
- Represent ARDEX with professionalism and integrity
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience is essential
- Industry experience of flooring or tiling products and systems, or building materials is essential
- Proficient with MS office including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams is essential
- Experience with CRM reporting systems preferred
- Technical aptitude; comfortable reading specifications and engaging in technical discussions
- Confident and clear communication and presentation skills
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence
- Diplomatic, tactful and professional at all times
- Highly self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude, Customer-first mindset

- Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs occasionally (e.g., demo kits, product samples) and able to meet the requirements of a physically demanding position including driving for extended periods of time, kneeling and bending
- Valid and driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to travel daily throughout the territory with occasional overnight stays
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or minimum high school diploma with relevant experience
