The Bigger Picture…

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player to join our Financial Services Team as a Associate, Financial Services. Your primary role will be to provide back-office consumer admin support to Conexus East Advisors while working in a high volume, fast-paced environment. 

This is a full-time temporary position until April 30, 2027. We are open to considering candidates in all locations across Saskatchewan. Depending on the location of work, union membership may be required. 

How You’ll Be Spending Your Time

  • Providing administrative and support services to a variety of Conexus retail team members, acting as a liaison between Advisor and internal departments
  • Identify needs, refer opportunities to Advisor, develop relationships, and follow up when necessary
  • Process and maintain member-related documents, transactions, reports, and files in accordance with established procedures
  • Ensuring consumer accounts, lending, and investment data is where it should be and that all “t’s are crossed” and “i’s are dotted”

 The Experience You Bring

  • Proven success working with fluctuating and high volumes 
  • 1 year Financial Industry experience  
  • Consumer, Deposit and Lending administration knowledge are an asset 

Salary range

$56,014.95 to $70,019.50 annually with a Short Term Incentive Target
