YOUR NEW CHALLENGE:
We are looking for a bilingual customer service professional to join our team as an inside sales representative. Your role will be to assist customers with their various questions and issues, particularly regarding products, orders, deliveries, and warranties.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chats.

Process customer orders.
-
Answer technical questions from clients about products specificities (No worries, a technical training on the product will be provided!)

Solve issues with orders and address customer’s specific needs.

Manage returns and warranties requests and verify the returned products.
-
Collaborate closely with sales representatives and logistic team.
-
Bring your inputs on improvement opportunities based on customers’ feedbacks.
QUALITIES OF OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Previous experience in a customer service position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in the sports industry (an asset, not essential).
- Passion for sports
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Be a team player.
