Marketing Analyst

The Office of the CXO drives effectiveness across the EA Experiences organization with a focus on excellence in business operations, comprehensive fan intelligence, plus internal technology and business solutions. We are horizontal connectors empowering teams across the Experiences organization with the strategic prioritization, investments, resources, data, insights, and technology required to accelerate business outcomes in service of our goals.

The EA Marketing Analytics team is looking for an analytics professional to take on the role of Marketing Analyst in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, reporting to the Director of Franchise Marketing Analytics. We are looking for someone who can take our analytics to a new level by digging into diverse data sets relating to our marketing campaigns, applying leading-edge data analytics techniques, extracting insights, creating data visualizations and communicating recommendations to our marketing partners in ways that create clarity, guide action, and bring impact. Responsibilities

  • Analyze data across channels (paid media, video, social, web, email) to identify performance drivers
  • Build visualizations and presentations that translate data into clear recommendations
  • Partner with marketing teams to define questions and inform campaign decisions
  • Structure analyses to align data inputs with business goals
  • Manage multiple projects involving data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Collaborate with global teams to share insights and align on measurement approaches

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or economics
  • 1–3 years experience in analytics or marketing analytics
  • Experience applying statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing
  • Experience querying data using SQL across multiple datasets
  • Experience using R or similar tools to build descriptive or predictive models

Core Skills and Experience

  • Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches
  • Apply methods such as regression, clustering, or correlation analysis
  • Create clear data visualizations to support decision-making
  • Communicate insights through presentations and written summaries
  • Work across teams and manage priorities across concurrent projects

Pay Transparency - North America

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

*British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$75,900 - $105,600 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.

For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
