Position: Non-IT Project Manager
Type: Contract Compensation: $60–$85/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects end to end by making detailed plans and directing activities for Finance stakeholders and their customers.
- Structure, lead, and execute complex finance projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
- Own and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and alignment of deliverables.
- Manage risk proactively by anticipating issues and implementing mitigation strategies to meet timelines and objectives.
- Ensure processes support project objectives by leading process mapping and documentation updates.
- Identify change impact and oversee change deliverables, collaborating with Change SMEs on best practices.
Qualifications Must-Have
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- PMP, PMI, PMI-CPM, AI Program Management, PROSCI, or similar qualifications.
- Understanding of Finance business functions and ability to support execution strategies.
