THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
Base Salary: CAD $59,688.00 - 91,109.00
We are seeking a excited a skilled Clinical Support Nurse who will bring clinical expertise, oversight, and leadership to our spasticity management program.
- Visit LTC homes to support physicians in managing spasticity patients and administering medications.
- Build strong relationships with physicians and staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide guidance and oversight to full-time and contract staff supporting various program functions.
- Conduct regular visits to various facilities to support MDs in delivering medical treatments.
- Provide clinical expertise and knowledge to internal staff, physicians, and personnel.
- Address escalations and client complaints and ensure service excellence. Resolve conflicts and provide consultation on care continuity.
- Implement protocols and adhere to processes to ensure high standards of service and compliance with healthcare guidelines and contractual obligations.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Practical Nursing Diploma
- RPN or RN Certification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare, of which at least 2 years’ experience in LTC setting
- Ability to deliver clinical support to physicians and patients, ensuring safe and effective care practices.
NICE TO HAVE
- GBA Certification
- Exposure to automation tools (e.g., RPA, OCR, Copilot) is a plus.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate information clearly to a broad audience
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team and/or independently
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Results oriented with a problem-solving attitude
